  Mull over sth (phrasal verb)

  ●To think carefully about something for a period of time.

  Examples:  

  1.I need a few days to mull things over before I decide.  

  2.I'll mull over your suggestions and reply to you next week.

  Exalt (verb)

  ●To think or speak very highly of (someone or something); to glorify, praise, or honour.(吹捧,頌揚)

  Examples:  

  1.The party will continue to exalt their hero.  

  2.He was exalted to the skies

  Pull together (phrasal verb)

  ●To work hard as a group in order to achieve something; to cooperate.

   (通力合作,擰成一股勁兒)

  Examples:  

  1.We don't have much time but if we all pull together we should get the job done.  

  2.Everyone on our street really pulled together after the fire.

  Forge ahead (phrasal verb)

  ●To move forwards in a steady way; to make steady progress

  Examples:  

  1.Export sales continue to forge ahead.  

  2.Study is like sailing against the current; either you keep forging ahead or you keep falling behind.

  Bring sth into play (idiom)

  ●To cause something to begin operating or to have an effect.(發揮,投入使用)

  Examples:

  1.Even bringing into play all the resources available would not resolve the immediate shortfall in production.  

  2.All the resources and staff available were brought into play to cope with the crisis.
