  Bring about sth (phrasal verb)

  ●To cause something to happen.(使…發生,帶來)

  Examples:  

  1.Major spending is required to bring about substantial improvements in housing.  

  2.The company is working to bring about changes in the industry.

  At the outset (idiom)

  ● At the very beginning.(開頭,一開始)

  Examples:  

  1.It's better to get something in writing right at the outset.  

  2.I learned at the outset of the project that I was to lead it.

  Break out (phrasal verb)

  ●If something dangerous or unpleasant breaks out, it suddenly starts.(爆發,突然發生)

  Examples:  

  1.The First World War broke out in 1914.  

  2.Rioting broke out between rival groups of fans.

  Outlook (noun)

  ●The likely future situation.

  (前景,展望,未來的情況)

  Examples:  

  1.The political outlook is still uncertain.  

  2.The economic outlook is bleak.

  Take a chance; take chances (idiom)

  ●To do something even though it involves risk.

  (冒險一搏,嘗試一下)

  Examples:  

  1.You're never going to find real success unless you're willing to take a chance now and then.  

  2.It is just not worth taking any chances.
