  Flaw (noun)

  ●A fault, mistake, or weakness, especially one that happens while something is being planned or made, or that causes something not to be perfect.

(缺陷,漏洞,過失)

  Examples:  

  1.There's a fatal flaw in your reasoning.  

  2.I returned the material because it had a flaw in it.

  Dire (adj.)

  ●Very serious or extreme.(嚴重的,極端的)

  Examples:  

  1.These people are in dire need of help.  

  2.This decision will have dire consequences for local people.

  Be no big deal (idiom)

  ●To not be a serious problem.

  (沒什麼大不了,不是大問題)

  Examples:  

  1.If I don't win it's no big deal.  

  2.We'll have to pay a little more - it's no big deal.

  Carry sth through (phrasal verb)

  ●To complete something that was planned, often despite difficulties or opposition.(貫徹,執行)

  Examples:  

  1.It's a tough job, and we're relying on you to carry it through.  

  2.It is doubtful whether it will be possible to carry through the education reforms.

  Stand/stick out a mile (idiom)

  ●To be very easy to see or recognise.

(顯而易見,非常明顯)

  Examples:  

  1.It sticks out a mile that you're new here.  

  2.Unfortunately the cover will need to be redesigned. The error in the image sticks out a mile.
