  Put forward (phrasal verb)

  ●To offer an idea, opinion, reason etc, especially so that people can discuss it and make a decision.

  (提出)

  Examples:  

  1.Many suggestions have been put forward, but a decision is unlikely until after next year's general election.  

  2.He rejected all the proposals put forward by the committee.

  Thrive (verb)

  ●To become very successful or very strong and healthy.(興旺,昌盛)

  Examples:  

  1.It is still unclear whether dotcom companies will continue to thrive in the long-term future.  

  2.The town has been thriving on tourism.

  Be bound to (phrase)

  ●certain or extremely likely to happen.

  (必定,一定會)

  Examples:  

  1.When you are dealing with so many patients, mistakes are bound to happen.  

  2.You're bound to feel nervous about your interview.

  Imperative (adj.)

  ●Of vital importance; crucial.

  Examples:  

  1.It is imperative that we continue to move with speed to make housing more affordable.  

  2.It is imperative that standards are maintained.

  Concern yourself with/about sth (phrasal verb)

  ●To pay attention to something because it is important or because it worries you.

(關注,留意,擔憂)

  Examples:  

  1.Our country's leaders must concern themselves with environmental protection.  

  2.I'm too busy to concern myself with your affairs.
