  One and the same (idiom)

  ●the same person or thing.(同一個)

  Examples:  

  1.But it is still wrong to think that here research and higher education are one and the same thing.  

  2.At one and the same time he seemed to accept every word and yet to be stricken with fear.

  Keep to sth (phrasal verb)

  ●To follow an agreement or a rule, by doing what you should do or what you said you would do.

(遵循,堅持)

  Examples:  

  1.Try to keep to a regular timetable of waking and sleeping.  

  2.I think we should keep to our original plan.

  Forge ahead (phrasal verb)

  ●To make strong steady progress.(穩步前進)

  Examples:  

  1.Export sales continue to forge ahead.  

  2.The organisers are forging ahead with a programme of public events.

  Go to hell (idiom)

  ●To fail completely; to go away and stop bothering.

(見鬼去吧,毀滅)

  Examples:  

  1.The economy is going to hell.  

  2.Anybody who objects to what I've done can just go to hell.

  Step up (phrasal verb)

  ●To increase, especially in stages.(加緊,增加)

  Examples:  

  1.The factory stepped up production to meet the growing demand.

  2.The runners stepped their pace up for the last two laps.
